Calculator inputs never leave your browser
Every calculation on this site runs locally in your browser. Balances, incomes, debts, ages, tax rates and coverage figures are held in the page's memory while you use the tool and are discarded when you close or reload it.
Nothing you type into a calculator is transmitted to Quantus, written to a server, stored in a database, saved to a cookie, or shared with anyone. There is no account system and no mechanism for retrieving what you entered — including for us.
Search
Site search also runs locally. The index is generated at build time from the site's own content and shipped with the page, so search queries are matched in your browser rather than sent anywhere.
Search terms are not logged, and there are no query-parameter search pages that could record what you looked for in a URL.
What is collected
Quantus sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics scripts, embeds no social widgets and loads no external fonts or resources from other domains.
As with any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may process standard technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. Quantus does not combine that with anything you enter into a calculator, because nothing you enter reaches a server.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to external sources such as government publications and research bodies. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which Quantus does not control.
If commercial links are introduced in future, they will be disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page and marked at the point of the link, and this page will be updated to describe any data that arrangement involves.
Children
This site is intended for adults making financial decisions. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect personal information at all.
